
Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 / 2 onion chopped
2 cloves garlic
3 cups cooked rice
3 / 4 cup chopped cabbage
3 / 4 cup shredded carrot
1 / 4 raisins
1 / 2 cup sliced almonds
Chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
Procedure:
In a frying pan or pot heat a little oil and cook onion with garlic until golden. Add rice and mix well while hot rice. Add the cabbage, carrot, raisins and almonds, stirring all the time. Taste and adjust the taste. Add the parsley before serving.
