Working with Pages and understanding Art Journaling

¿QUÉ ES ART JOURNALING ?

Un Art Journal es lo mismo que un Journal escrito, excepto que incorporas colores, imágenes, patrones y otros materiales. Algunos Art Journals tienen mucha escritura, mientras que otros están puramente llenos de imágenes. Es una forma de expresión única y creatividad y expresión de TU arte.

¿Qué es un Art Journal ? Un Art Journal es una libreta/libro que creamos y que nos ayuda con la ansiedad, expresión de sentimientos, plasmar ideas, conceptos, buscar inspiración, quitarnos el stress ... hacer algo que nos haga reír y nos que quite las preocupaciones 🤓...

¿QUÉ TIPO DE ARTE VA EN UN ART JOURNAL ?

La belleza de Art Journaling es que todo vale. Es un espacio sin obstáculos donde puedes expresar y explorar tus sentimientos a través de imágenes, escritura y simplemente darte el lujo de volver a jugar. Es una salida saludable y expresiva al final del día y una de las mejores formas de terminar un día stresado! 

Independientemente si usted tiene o no el  "talento" o formación arte, todo lo que necesita en Art Journaling es algunos materiales de arte simples y su disposición a jugar con esos materiales. ¡Tu Art journal es tuyo y si no quieres,  no lo tienes que mostrar a nadie! Es tu forma personal de expresión... eres tú en un Journal 🙃

Esto es lo que me encanta del Art Journaling.  Mis páginas pasan con frecuencia por varias etapas y capas. A menudo añado mis sentimientos en las páginas que hago ya sea por escrito, o al "garabatear" un poco con un pincel o lápiz . No me preocupo por lo que parece, solo me permito "dejarlo todo en la página" nadie lo tiene que entender o ver solo tu y eso se siente bien 🤓. A menudo esta práctica ayuda a bajar el estrés, sacar las cosas del pecho, o averiguar exactamente lo que te está molestando acerca de una situación particular. Muchas personas añaden peticiones de oraciones a lápiz antes de añadir el Gesso y luego todo queda cubierto y solo tú sabes que hay detrás de todo lo que creaste... lo cual hace tus páginas y tú Journaling más interesante! 😊

La siguiente etapa, luego que añadiste tu capa de Gesso es la creación de tu página .. esto puede de ser de un tema, una frase, un sentimiento... en fin no hay límites puedes hacer todo lo que quieres 😊

Watercolors in your Happy Planner

Hi Girls
Today on the Me & My Big Ideas blog Stephanie incorporated watercolors as part of her week display...and wow i need to said ...me loving so much watercolors i totally need to try this...but i need to see how my Daniel Smith colors work on the HP paper...or if i will need to create "sticker Blocks" of watercolor paper to incorporate the look in a way that satisfies my critical eyes..I know Im my worst critique!  Will see how it goes..i will come back with my results tomorrow :)

Got Halloween Costume???

So Im also thinking about the Mixed Media Workshop I will be teaching this fall in Boston.  It will be my i1st one here and Im pretty excited about that!  the Boston school Art invited me to offer his class for 4 weeks ..so the plan is is to do a small series that at tend of the workshop student can hang it in the wall as a "Fall" decorations....this will be the tittle of my workshop....Is all about "the Costume"  Creatures of the Forest!

So here is a quick preview on some art Im working on!

So is never to early to think of Autumn !!  For me the most beautiful season of the year...so I'm very exited about this  :)..

Fall is Approching faster than we think!

Hello Ladies!
Well here in New England weather is starting to change  :(  we don't have 90 degrees temperatures anymore and fall breeze and temperatures is starting to drop!..Well at least for my taste LOL  Im a summer kind of Gal !  :)

So today I want to share a simple project I did last year for a friend house warming, it was very easy and all the  materials are easy to find at your local craft store...

 You can use the Name Initial or the Last name...in this Case a used her Name  Sally! :)

 Materials are very easy...this a Cardboard "S", wire, the pre-made flowers and paint...easy right!

Happy Planner Inspiration Page

Hello Ladies

Im blown away with all the great pages and fellow Planner Girls out there!   so much creativity!!  Now one think i learned ...from this process of using my Planner!

When I started looking into all the Free printable!  My eyes couldnt believe wow such much eye candy i wanted ALL of them...so I did!  LOL i have a folder like PACK with so many printable~!
But guess what...when I was decorating my Happy Planner i was totally happy and into...Until i actually needed to start writing ...Hummmm it was so busy that i was not able to see ..it was to distracting!

So, after that i started to use mostly the Mambi stickers and Quotes and all fro this brand..a dn i love it...everything fix perfect and my planner look clean, beautiful and most of all fictional!  :)

Here are two examples...

Better..less busy but still cute and fictional ! :)

Happy Planner Bible Jornal page and Prayers & Request Page

Hello Again
One thing i being doing since i got my HP is to document my bible readings and prayers requests....On easy way for me was to create my own little bible scripture reading and notes...As im always in a run or better said...Im always distracted by everything that cross my eyes i wanted to create this session in my planner very laser focus!
So this what i created and is working super cool for me!

Now Mambi today just came out with a FAITH HP...Which is a most have! :)

Hello Girls!
Well i need to accept Im totally obsessed with Mambi Happy Planners!  I discover this wonderful and addicted passion while trying to get organized with all my Art classes, Projects, work..and all the other stuff in my life!
So i embrease  this journey and i need to tell you i pretty exciting and addicting!
